Canberra Connect's information and services can be accessed through the shopfronts; internet; or telephone, providing a single path to obtain information and services, without the need to understand the structure and workings of the ACT Government. What is Canberra Connect? Canberra Connect is an ACT Government initiative, that makes it much easier for you to access government services. Whether you need to renew your car registration; get a dog licence; buy government publications; or get information on a whole range of government programs… chances are Canberra Connect can help. There's one convenient phone number; one website; and five ACT Government shopfronts across Canberra. Canberra Connect is 'citizen focussed'. That means it's designed around your needs. Canberra Connect will provide Canberrans and local businesses with improved service, and greater access and convenience, no matter which form of access you choose. * Canberra Connect Call Centre You can call the Canberra Connect Call Centre, to access ACT Government services; make payment transactions; make enquiries; and contact ACT Government agencies. You can now conveniently: renew your vehicle registration; make a payment on your housing rent, tenant maintenance or land rent; pay parking, traffic or speed camera infringement notices; order a new or additional mobile garbage bin, and pay additional service fees; make a payment on your Landfill commercial account; renew your dog's registration; book an ACT Forests camping site within the ACT and lots more. Payments can be made by using your Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard. The Call Centre can also help with general enquiries for government agencies, or refer your enquiry to a specialist.
