Calls are answered by workers who are professionally qualified. They can offer you:

Tips on dealing with the day to day challenges of parenting;

Guidance about your child's behaviour;

Telephone counselling and parenting support;

Ideas about relating to young people;

Information about services available to families in the ACT;

Suggestions for further assistance;

Access to free face to face counselling;

Referral to ongoing parenting support from trained volunteer counsellors.

ParentLink is a service especially for parents, that recognises and values the parenting role. It is designed to increase parent's confidence and skills, by supporting and linking them with a network of information, ideas and community services.
