Service Integration Manager


headspace ACT is an innovative service being developed to improve early intervention for youth mental health problems.   It is part of a national initiative that is a world-first approach to early intervention of youth mental health.   headspace ACT will provide access, information, and assistance for young people aged 12 to 25 who are experiencing mental health and alcohol and other drug problems, and their families.


The Service Integration Manager has a critical role in the development of this new service, developing the integrated and youth-friendly clinical services of headspace ACT;  overseeing the clinical practitioners employed;  and promoting the program within the community.


headspace ACT is seeking to employ a highly motivated person to help develop this new service.   The successful applicant will have:

  • A strong commitment to youth participation;

  • A comprehensive understanding of mental health or alcohol and other drug problems for young people;

  • Extensive management experience;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Enjoy working in a team;  and

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.


This is a rare opportunity to be involved in the development of a service innovation in youth mental health.


Salary Range $68,485 - $76,388
